Why two different tabs in my cart?
There are two different tabs because Print orders have a different internal workflow than Press orders. Having separate carts allows us to reduce the likelihood of fulfillment errors, and is done to ensure the fastest delivery for Prints and Press products. When you Checkout, all items your Print and Press carts will be included in your order for one shipping charge.
Express order
Choose a size, quantity, and options to customize this Express Order. The ENTIRE ALBUM will be used and all images in the album will get the same options. Any rotations to images in your album will also be applied.
Please note: It is assumed the images in this album have been prepared in advance for this type of ordering. All images should have the same aspect ratio as the size chosen below; no cropping can be applied or adjusted beyond the default crop that will be calculated. Also, the quantity in the shopping cart will be the number of images in the album multiplied by the quantity you enter. Finally, the images in your album will not be checked for minimum size requirements.

Order History
Mpix makes it easy to track your orders with our Order History tool. Once in the Mpix site you can click ‘your account’ on the top navigation bar, and then click Order History. Instantly you have order numbers, dates, details of your order, and tracking information.

Secure Transactions
Mpix has privacy measures to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information collected on line. Access to data is limited to authorized Mpix staff members, and is further restricted by password protection mechanisms. Web security and security procedures are reviewed and may be updated on a regular basis to ensure strong data collection. By default, all orders placed on our site are done on a secure server that encrypts all financial information through SSL. Credit card information is not stored in our data base.
How do I cancel my order?
Mpix allows you a 30 minute window to cancel all orders. Go to the Your Account section and choose Order History. In the list of all your orders, click the "cancel" link next to the corresponding order.
