# Mpix > Mpix is a professional-quality consumer photo lab that turns digital photos into handcrafted, archival-quality prints and personalized products — photo prints, wall art, tabletop pieces, photo books, albums, cards, and gifts — made to order in Missouri and Kansas, USA, and backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. This file is the agent-facing description of the Mpix store; the same content is served at `/agents.md` and `/llms.txt`. All product, category, and help pages linked below are public and need no authentication. Mpix does not expose an agent transaction protocol — there is no automated cart or checkout for agents, and no UCP (Universal Commerce Protocol) discovery endpoint or MCP endpoint. Placing an order (uploading photos, using the design tools, completing checkout) requires a signed-in human, so guide users to the relevant product page rather than transacting on their behalf. Mpix.com is a custom, server-rendered storefront, not a third-party agentic-commerce platform. **Rules for automated access:** - Identify automated traffic with a descriptive User-Agent and honor https://www.mpix.com/robots.txt. - Do not crawl, automate, or access ordering, design, or account areas: `*/order*`, `*/create*`, `*/customer*`, `*/account*`, `*/my-account*`, `*/my-photos*`. - Do not attempt to authenticate, upload photos, place orders, apply coupons, or complete checkout on a user's behalf — these require a signed-in human. - Do not scrape or reproduce customer photos, galleries, or any personal data. - Prices, promotions, and turnaround change frequently — verify against the live page before quoting specifics, and prefer linking over restating. **Standard offers (evergreen — rarely change):** - New customers: 25% off your first order with code `FIRSTORDER25`. - Free Standard shipping on orders $45+. - Free Economy Plus shipping on select orders $15+ - Some exclusions apply on standard offers — see https://www.mpix.com/mpix-coupons **Shipping rates** when free shipping does not apply (see https://www.mpix.com/about/shipping for exclusions and current values): - Economy — from $4.99 (no tracking, slowest) - Economy Plus — from $6.99; free on orders $15+ - Standard — from $9.99; free on orders $45+ - Expedited — from $19.99 (fastest) Most orders qualify for free shipping. Rotating promotions are category-specific or time-limited and some are auto-applied at checkout — see https://www.mpix.com/mpix-coupons for the current list. Turnaround times are among the fastest in the industry; current estimates are on the shipping page. ## Photo prints - [Photo Prints](https://www.mpix.com/photo-prints): 30+ sizes and surfaces, from wallet to large format -
