Improved Workflow Saves Time and Money
No more separate orders for separate paper types. You now have the ability to order E-surface, Metallic and True Black and White on the same order. Save time and shipping with this improvement! There are many behind the scenes changes that make Mpix 2.0 faster and more intuitive. We have taken advantage of some of the latest Web technologies and practices in order to streamline every page on the site. Our large collection of professional templates have been an invaluable resource. With Mpix 2.0, we make it even easier to browse, filter, and select templates to use with your photos. Everyone has a slightly different preference on how they want their site to work. We put the control back in your hands. Our customer service team got in the act with this one. The new help section is filled with answers to the most frequently asked questions for working on the site as well as tips that have been collected from years of experience of creating great prints and products. They have also combed the site looking for opportunities to answer your questions right there in context before you can even ask them. It is even easier to put the final touches on your print order. In the shopping cart, you simply select a paper type and then any finishing or retouching services you desire. And don’t forget the frame! Renaming, deleting, combining or rotating albums has never been easier. Viewing albums by list, thumbnails or single image has also been enhanced. Careful attention has been given to the placement of site map, tabs, headers and links that make getting around the site a joy. Based on years of user feedback and solid experience, we have reorganized the entire site so that the most important tasks are always right at your fingertips. Our new tools for sharing albums make it easier for you and your friends to view and order pictures from one another. New Products
